Non-Europeen teachers shall be eligible for leave on

the same conditions as teachers with similar qualifications in

Goverment service, at the discretion of the school managers.

22. The expenditure may include provision for the cost

of second class passages for European teachers on first

appointment, on joking approved leave, and on retirement.

Similar passages may also be approved for the wife and family

of a Burcpeen teacher in accordance with the regulations for

the time being in force with respect to similar teachers in

Goverment service.
